Pocket Profit ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Pocket Profit mobile application and website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Account Information: When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store plain-text passwords.
Financial & Trip Data: We store the earnings, expenses, mileage, and load data you enter manually into the app. This data is tied to your account and used solely to provide the service to you.
Device & Usage Data: We may collect basic analytics such as app version, device OS, and general usage patterns to improve the app. We do not collect precise location data.
Payment Data: Subscription billing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) and RevenueCat. We never receive or store your credit card or payment details.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@pocketprofit.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Pocket Profit is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
